Drs Rego — the paperwork between good doctors and good medicine.
Drs Rego is a boutique Australian consultancy with one job: making medical registration and compliance work the way it should — correctly, in order, the first time.
Excellent doctors, defeated by sequencing.
Australia needs internationally trained doctors, and internationally trained doctors want to be here. Between them sits a system of forms, evidence requirements and interdependent approvals — AHPRA, PESCI, supervision, Medicare — where one document out of order can cost months of income and momentum.
Clinics feel the same gap from the other side. A practice that wants to employ its first IMG is expected to understand supervision requirements, provider-number restrictions and Board obligations with no one to ask.
Drs Rego exists to close that gap — for both sides.
Three habits we will not compromise on.
Fixed scope
Every engagement is defined in writing before it begins — what we will do, what we need from you, and what done looks like. No open-ended retainers, no surprises.
Plain English
Registration is complicated; our advice is not. You will always know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what happens next.
Both sides of the table
We advise doctors and the clinics that employ them. Seeing the whole process — not half of it — is why our paperwork holds up.
A small team, deliberately.
Drs Rego is run by people who have spent years inside the mechanics of Australian medical registration — preparing applications, drafting supervision plans and untangling Medicare exemptions for doctors and practices across the country.
You deal with the person doing the work, not an account manager. Enquiries are answered by the same people who will prepare your documents, and nothing is handed to a call centre or an offshore processing team.
What we deliberately do not do.
Drs Rego does not provide immigration or visa advice. Visa and migration matters are referred to an independent, registered migration practice. We hold that line deliberately: registration advice and migration advice are different disciplines with different regulators, and you deserve specialists in each.
We are not a recruitment agency, we do not place doctors into jobs, and we do not take commissions from clinics for candidates. When we advise both a doctor and their employing clinic, both parties know.
