For supervisors

Register as a supervisor.

Supervision capacity is the most common reason a good hire stalls. A practice finds the right doctor, then discovers no approved supervisor is available. If you can supervise, we would like to know.

What happens next:

  • We record your details, your capacity and the arrangements you are open to.
  • When a practice near you needs a supervisor, we contact you first and describe the role.
  • Nothing identifying goes to a practice without your approval, and you can withdraw at any time.

Supervision requirements are set by the Medical Board of Australia. Source: Medical Board of Australia, Supervision, last verified 14 September 2026.
